Introduction to E-college

E-college is a gamut of self service application for Department of Higher Education, Government of Orissa, to administer, monitor and regulate all the colleges in the state of Orissa.
Objective of e-college
To set up a system
Which will be transparent, fast, error free
Enhance the productivity of the employees
Reduce Red-Tapism.
To automate various processes like
Opening of New Colleges, Recognition of Colleges
Sanction of Staff Strength, Sanction of Various Streams
Sanction of Student Strength
Utilization Certificate Receipt, GIA Salary/Block Grant Analysis
GIA salary/Block Grant Sanction, Court Cases, Etc.

Unique code generation for all colleges to give identification  
One time master data collection of all staff, infrastructure & student Strength from all colleges
Decision Support System for
